Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care

The Berger – Goldrich Health Care & Rehabilitation Center is an exceptional facility that offers private and semi-private rooms for both skilled and long-term care. Our residents receive round-the-clock skilled care, assistance with dressing, feeding, and transferring is available to them at any time. Daily activities are scheduled around each resident’s ability and desires and include movie nights, bingo, manicures, and even a beauty salon. Three kosher meals are provided every day for a variety of dietary needs.

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Unit

The Sholom Unit exists to offer those residents with advanced Alzheimer’s/Dementia a safe and comforting environment with reasonable stimulation and reassurance in order to maintain each resident’s self-esteem. Residents enjoy a home-like atmosphere that is secure while still providing a sense of independence. Individual apartments are set up outside of a sunny common area and meals are eaten family-style at large, round tables to encourage interaction. Activities are interactive, creative, and fun and we encourage residents’ families to come visit and participate. Our staff is empathetic and is trained to care for individuals with special needs – providing both our residents and their family members with peace of mind.
